Hi all,

Has anybody ever been deported/removed for no fault of theirs? I've read about some instances where traveller's passport were incorrectly faulted as being fakes and thus deported back to the person's country of origin (i.e. not the country where the travel initiated).

If yes, what have been your experiences? Specifically, have you faced any problems from the Indian authorities? Some people (I read on the Internet) say there were no problems at all, while others complain.

Any ideas?

I have my name as jayaraj Alias Kumar.S in all my certificates(degree)

but my passport bears only Jayaraj S

all my company docs have name jayaraj S

should i have to mention Jayaraj Alias Kumar.S as other names used field in H1B application or should I leave it blank as my passport has only Jayarj .S


Please help me in this issue.

Can C1D visa be converted to H2B visa? How long does it take? Does one need to come back to India or can it be done while being here in US?

hello!!
i am inquiring about C1d visa of my brother presently sailing on merchant ship. his c1d visa has expired and his sailing period is getting over by January 2006 end and in case his ship is on a US port by that date...he will not be allowed to get down and catch a flight back to his country ie. India... now i want to know is there any option by which he will be allowed to catch a flight from US to india inspite of his expired c1d visa.

kindly if someone has some knowledge about this problem help.

Hi, i am and born from new zealand, and i married a indian guy from India, he got his residence from me, used me and left me after a marriage for 6 months stay to my country. He then married again, to someone else from India and came back with her to my country, i feel cheated and disgusted cause i officially went India for myself to marry a nice guy from India to have a future with him here, but all he did was make fun of me to his relatives here, and just left me after a dispute.
I just like to know why Indian boys do this to us, why they just used us, for residence? Im hurting so much because he married again and is in my country, new zealand.
