"The worst airline of the world Air India NEVER EVER fly this company."
I'm a frequent world traveller and I'm lucky enough to take some diff. airlines. Either ways: Air India isin't as good as Emirates Air or Singapore Airlines, I agree...but believe me, the service is LEAGUES better than NorthWest, Continental, British Airways etc.
At least in Air India, I ALWAYS got a hot meal. In Continental, on FOUR separate occasions, I got a semi frozen sandwich and the excuse was that the oven was repaired. I was like "WTF?!" Also, flying Continental, NorthWest etc. reminded me of the movie "Con Air." For a while, I was having serious doubts as to whether or not I was flying back to Indira Gandhi Intl. airport, India or to Guantanamo base, Cuba. At least in Air India, ppls and airhostesses called me "sir" and HANDED OVER stuff to me versus tossing them at me.
Also, the drinks policy in Air India is top class cool. You could indulge in as much vodka as you wanted without having some dumb air-steward(ess) tell me "sir, I think you had enough." What the f#$K?! I KNOW MY LIMITS and that's for me and me alone to decide. Unless I'm causing trouble, there's no reason why an airhostess or steward should stop the refills. I saw this problem in: NorthWest, Continental, Delta, British Airways. F#$K THOSE airlines, Air India is still a-ok in my book.
I mean give me a break here guys- how do you keep yourself entertained for 12 bloody hours without company?!?!?!??!?!

AIR INDIA is Hopeless !! Moreover, it is defaming the name of our country on Foriegn Land.
At Los Angeles airport, even after requesting again and again, Not a single Assistant cared to help my Sister who was coming to India, and was with a 3-month old baby and 3 big luggage.
Can you believe that those shameless and rude Airport workers were themselves Indians !!???
Although I know that Air India is used to these kind of complaints and it hardly effects their thick-skins, IS THERE ANY WAY THOSE SHAMELESS WORKERS AT LOS ANGELES AIRPORT CAN BE PUNISHED ??
IF yes, plz post it on this page, and I will be grateful.

The worst airline of the world Air India
NEVER EVER fly this company.
They are the biggest thieves and rip offs. You will be tortured for flying these crooks.
The worst airline in the world is AI and its staff is worse than a civil hospital of a small city of India. They are the rudest, most uncourteous and unservicing people on the earth. The worst of the worst are recruited by Air India to torture people who pay for their disservices.
Frankly the government of India is hypocrat in preserving such a lousy business on the tax payers expense by supporting this company, by giving them privileged fat routes. WHY?
Because the fat cats of thugs in the govt can fly for free with their huge families on the expense of poor people who pay for the ride.
This shameful company's staff must be fired and it should be privatized immediately.
This and most other State companies are like bad flu bacteria in the corporate body of India.

Friends,
On the fateful day of September 11, 2001, at 2:30 a.m.,
Brahmachari Matriprasad (now Swami Mangalananda Giri), a
long-time resident of our ashram, flew from Los Angeles, his
destination: India. This truly was a life-changing day for him.
On September 25 we received a letter from him giving an
account of the beginnings of his spiritual pilgirmage-adventure.
Since then we have gotten more than three hundred pages
recounting the struggles, blessings, and reflections of a pilgrim
in India. Through them we have shared in his wonder, his
frustration, his humor, his insight, and his inspiration. We value
them highly as a consequence, and feel that you will find them
well worth the reading.

Sudha Travels --
Me, another person with a bad experience.
I thought I was the only person with bad experience from them. My goodness! There are hundreds of people who got their sting. NEVER EVER do any business with them. Good place to call if you wish to loose your temper, dignity and peace of mind

Hey Gnome,
Unfortunately you are missing out on the extreme power of a great site because you have decided to write it off on the basis of first looks. Looks on a website are extremely subjective, because the real power of a website lies in its backend search and other functionalities more than its appearance.
And indiaresortssurvey.com seems to be one site which is extremely powerful. Where else can you find information on over 1180 holiday resorts in India without having to visit at least a 100 different websites most of them put up by the resort owners themselves, and full of misleading information??
Also, the ratings are by people who have actually visited a resort, and not by sponsors or so called travel writing experts. Maybe you shouldn't be so quick on the draw before making such judgements.

Hey Vinieux
Visited indiaresortssurvey.com... what a bad experience.... lousy looking site and the rating system is not at all user friendly. If you know those guys tell them not to fill the web with such useless crap... all such surveys are sponsored by someone or the other to sell something. I am sure this site is also the same and you are one of the nicer people who seem to be promoting it here.

If you're looking for leisure accommodation in India, this is a growing site that is not affiliated to any big corporate or tour operator, but lists over 900 resorts and hotels all across India. Resorts are well organised by geography & type and by rating & indicative tariffs for registered users. A great site with simple clean facts if you don't want to be misled by tour operators or hotel chains. India Resorts Survey - indiaresortssurvey.com

Folks never consider sudha Travels for your traveling needs the customer service persons are very rude even for giving the quote. I do not know how people are bearing with them. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen.
What has happened?
I called up sudha travels asked for a quote to travel from Boston to Bombay and Hyderabad. The lady over there is very reluctant to tell quote for both the places and she talks very harsh and I asked her to talk politely. She is became very angry and started yelling at me.
If any body that knows where to file an official complaint against sudha travels customer service, please let me know you contact me at
gyella009@yahoo.com
I did read in many discussion forums and read complaints about sudha travels.

it is difficult to believe that i have a say!thanks a lot for this opportunity. i just have a message to all the citizens not only of india but the entire world that the world is heading towards a cultural and moral depreciation and catastrophe and to prevent this we all need to give our best in the moulding of our young ones in the right direction by inculcating in them the habits of reading inspirational books with appealing stories and moving biographies of the great ones who have lived and on this world.premnath.w.
